Was a real great day being at the book sighning meeting a great person the legendary Michael Stipe. However after waiting some six & a half hours to meet Michael with a view to asking him to sighn a really exclusive photograph which cost me lot's and went to great lengths to obtain . To have it forced out of my hand by the streo type black suited shaven head'ed ape saying that he wont sighn it , then turning to ask Michael if he would please, to have him shake his head in sorrow acknowledgeing it with a no. Really saddened me . Does anyone know is it more the conditions that Michael was there for that dictated that he could'nt sighn it or was it that he would'nt ?. Other than that it was great to meet him plus the next day at twickenham made up for it , what a gig . Love ya Michael.
